Rosé de Saignée

Grape variety : 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Meunier.
Dosage : Brut between 6 and 7 g/l.
Age : At least 4 years in our cellars.

Its ruby hue and intensely fruity aromas are achieved through the maceration of the grape skins and juice (without the addition of red wine). This rare method gives it a subtle, natural color that may vary slightly from year to year.
